We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and international bank transfers. **All payments are processed securely through our European financial partners, Xolo and Stripe.** This ensures the highest level of encryption and data security for your corporate transactions.

After you submit your job advertisement, our team will review the content (typically within 24 hours). Once approved, a formal digital invoice in PDF format will be sent to your registered email address, containing a secure link to complete the payment via Stripe.

We request that payment be completed within 14 days of the invoice date. Your job advertisement will be officially activated and visible on the platform within 24 hours of our system confirming the receipt of your payment via the Stripe gateway.

Yes. Upon successful payment through the Stripe gateway, an automated payment confirmation will be sent. If your accounting department requires a specific Japanese-style receipt format, please contact our support team after payment, and we will be happy to provide one manually.

Since this service is provided by a non-resident entity (an Estonian corporation) via digital means, it is classified as a cross-border transaction. Therefore, JCT is not applied to this invoice. Under Japanese tax law, this service is subject to the **"Reverse Charge Mechanism."** We kindly ask your accounting department to handle the tax reporting accordingly.

As the payment entity is a foreign corporation (Estonian legal entity), we do not hold a Japanese domestic Qualified Invoice Registration Number. This is the standard procedure for international digital services provided by non-resident entities.
