We support credentials login and social login (Google/LINE) with authentication controls, session handling, and role-based authorization checks.

3. Video Safety Controls

Video features are designed with controlled visibility and workflow-based access.

• Employer custom video applications (up to 3 questions) are stored via Cloudflare Stream and access-limited.
• Profile validation videos can be external URLs (for example YouTube Unlisted), and users control external visibility settings.
• Video and profile access is limited by account role and business need.

4. Abuse Prevention and Monitoring

We monitor for suspicious behavior, unauthorized access patterns, and policy violations. Accounts may be reviewed, restricted, or suspended to protect users and platform integrity.

5. Visa Support Partner Handling

When visa support is involved, personal information necessary for case processing may be shared with designated visa partners/agents under case-based access controls and confidentiality expectations.

6. Incident Response

We maintain procedures for security incident triage, containment, remediation, and notification where legally required.

• Do not share unnecessary sensitive data outside official workflows.
• Use strong unique passwords and protect your account session.
