Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of OmotenashiJobs. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service Overview
OmotenashiJobs is a recruitment platform connecting candidates, employers, and authorized support users for hiring and related visa-support workflows in the hospitality sector.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Login Providers (Google and LINE)
You may access OmotenashiJobs with credentials login or third-party providers (Google/LINE).
- By using social login, you authorize us to receive and process profile/account data supplied by that provider for authentication and account operation.
- You remain responsible for keeping your provider account secure and reviewing the provider’s own privacy settings and terms.
4. Candidate Services
Candidates may create profiles, upload resumes/documents, submit applications, and provide video responses where required by employers.
- You must provide truthful and non-misleading profile/application information.
- You are responsible for rights/permissions to any content you upload or link.
- External profile videos (for example YouTube) should use privacy-safe visibility settings where relevant.
5. Employer Services
Employers may post jobs, review applications, set screening steps, and manage hiring workflows.
- Employers are responsible for lawful job content, fair hiring practices, and compliance with applicable employment laws.
- Employers may configure up to 3 custom video application questions for candidates.
- Employers must handle candidate data confidentially and only for legitimate recruitment purposes.
6. Visa Support Workflows
Where applicable, visa support agents/partners may process case data to support visa-related administration. OmotenashiJobs facilitates workflows but does not independently guarantee immigration outcomes or provide legal representation unless explicitly stated through a qualified partner.
7. AI-Assisted Features
The platform may use AI services (OpenAI and Anthropic Claude) to assist with drafting, translation, and optimization of content.
- AI outputs are assistive and may contain errors; users remain responsible for final review.
- You must not rely on AI-generated output as legal, immigration, or professional advice without qualified review.
8. Payments, Billing, and Providers
Paid services are processed through Stripe. Xolo is used for payment/provider operations and related business processing.
- OmotenashiJobs does not store full card numbers.
- Pricing, billing cycles, and refund/cancellation terms are stated on plan/order pages and related legal notices (including Tokushoho where applicable).
- Chargebacks, payment failures, or fraud controls may affect service availability.
9. Infrastructure and Availability
The service runs on infrastructure including Hostinger VPS and integrated third-party services. We aim for stable operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
10. Data Protection and Analytics
Use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. We use Google Analytics and operational logs to improve performance, security, and product decisions.
11. Prohibited Conduct
You must not misuse the service.
- No unlawful, discriminatory, fraudulent, harassing, or misleading content.
- No scraping, reverse engineering, unauthorized access attempts, or security circumvention.
- No unauthorized sharing/resale of candidate or employer data.
12. Intellectual Property
The platform, design, and software are owned by OmotenashiJobs or licensors. You retain ownership of your uploaded content, but grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it as needed to provide the service.
13. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations, legal requirements, security risks, or payment issues. You may request account deletion subject to legal retention obligations.
14. Limitation of Liability
OmotenashiJobs is a facilitator platform and does not guarantee specific hiring, employment, visa approvals, or business outcomes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential damages are excluded.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
